Ernie Carlson
Ernie has been with AccuSpec Electronics since its inception as one of the original partners. Ernie has over 35 years experience in the Electronics Industry 18 years of which has been in contract manufacturing. Ernie's career started as an electronics technician with a crystal manufacturer and then moved onto electronic component distribution where he started as a sales technician and worked his way up to a position of VP with a regional distributor handling several major manufacturers. While in distribution a need for assembly of the components being sold was recognized and AccuSpec Electronic Services was created to satisfy this requirement. The component knowledge gained within distribution strongly contributed to the continuing success of AccuSpec.
Mike Jenkins, Chief Financial Officer
Mike Jenkins
Mike has over 14 years of experience as a Controller and CFO for manufacturing companies. Mike began his career in public accounting for a regional accounting firm. Mike has a Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. Mike is a licensed CPA in Ohio as well as Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kunwar “Raj” Harricharran, Chief Operating Officer
Kunwar 'Raj' Harricharran
Kunwar has over twenty years experience in electronics assembly manufacturing. The majority of his career has been in Process and Quality, and he has extensive experience in New Product Introduction and Design for Manufacturing. Raj received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and his Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee .
Bob Borgia, Sales Manager
Bob Borgia
Bob has over 37 years experience in Sales and Marketing for various Electronics Contract Manufacturing companies. His most recent experience has included growing AccuSpec’s Sales and Marketing efforts. Bob has an Associate degree from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College
Tom Rettger, Purchasing /Materials Manager
Tom Rettger
Tom has worked in the electronics industry for over 29 years. His experience includes working in Purchasing for the first 21 years of his career, and then he worked in Marketing and Program Management for six years. He then returned to
Purchasing /Materials Management upon joining AccuSpec Electronics.
Gayle Lutgen, SPHR, Human Resources Manager
Gayle Lutgen
Gayle has over 11 years experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing setting. The majority of her experience is as a HR generalist. Gayle has a Bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State College and is a member to both local and national SHRM organizations.
