Michael Towner, President
Mike’s previous experience includes over 17 years of management and manufacturing experience at Plastic Container Plant, Owens-Illinois, Erie Plastics and most recently Custom Engineering. Mike served as a Naval Officer for 7 years. He has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Marketing.
Mike Jenkins, CFO
Mike has over 14 years of experience as a Controller and CFO for manufacturing companies. Mike began his career in public accounting for a regional accounting firm. Mike has a Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. Mike is a licensed CPA in Ohio as well as Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Bob Borgia, Sales Manager
Bob has over 37 years experience in Sales and Marketing for various Electronics Contract Manufacturing companies. His most recent experience has included growing AccuSpec’s Sales and Marketing efforts. Bob has an Associate degree from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College
Tom Rettger, Purchasing /Materials Manager
Tom has worked in the electronics industry for over 29 years. His experience includes working in Purchasing for the first 21 years of his career, and then he worked in Marketing and Program Management for six years. He then returned to Purchasing /Materials Management upon joining AccuSpec Electronics.
Raul Gomez, Quality Manager
Raul has several years experience in Quality at Electronic assembly companies including Carling Technologies, Delphi and Kemet Electronics. Raul has a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering. He has also received his Red X Master Certificate and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Jennifer Harkless , Engineering Manager
Jennifer Harkless joined the AccuSpec Team in April 2011 as Engineering Manager. Jennifer has over 13 years of Engineering experience from Lockheed Martin and the Raymond Corporation. Jennifer attended the University of Pittsburgh for Industrial Engineering and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Patty Schenker, Human Resource Manager
Patty Schenker joins the AccuSpec Team in January 2011 as Human Resource Manager. Patty has over 15 years of HR experience in manufacturing from Modern Industries in Erie and Northland, a Scott Fetzer Company in Watertown, NY. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and is a Notary Public.
Nancy Lucas, Customer Service Manager
Nancy Lucas is promoted to Customer Service Manager in January 2011. Employed by AccuSpec since 1996, Nancy will be responsible for the day to day operations of the customer service department ensuring that customers are retained and satisfied by managing and mentoring her customer service team.
