Michael T. Evans, President
Michael Evans
Michael has previously served in management and financial positions. He also has extensive experience in supply chain operations, having been responsible for hands on supply chain operations including contractual and manufacturing activities. A native of Conway, Pennsylvania, he is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Michael served with the 82nd Airborne in Iraq during the First Gulf War in the early 1990s. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of Business. He and his family reside in Erie.
Mike Jenkins, CFO
Mike Jenkins
Mike has over 14 years of experience as a Controller and CFO for manufacturing companies. Mike began his career in public accounting for a regional accounting firm. Mike has a Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. Mike is a licensed CPA in Ohio as well as Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Rick Queer, Quality Manager
Rick Queer
Rick’s previous quality and continual improvement experience, which includes a combination of 30 years of working at Motorola, Prestolite, and most recently GE Transportation in Erie, we will be able to significantly increase our focus on our hands-on approach to quality and lean efforts.
Bob Borgia, Sales Manager
Bob Borgia
Bob has over 37 years experience in Sales and Marketing for various Electronics Contract Manufacturing companies. His most recent experience has included growing AccuSpec’s Sales and Marketing efforts. Bob has an Associate degree from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College
Tom Rettger, Purchasing /Materials Manager
Tom Rettger
Tom has worked in the electronics industry for over 29 years. His experience includes working in Purchasing for the first 21 years of his career, and then he worked in Marketing and Program Management for six years. He then returned to
Purchasing /Materials Management upon joining AccuSpec Electronics.
Gayle Lutgen, SPHR, Human Resources Manager
Gayle Lutgen
Gayle has over 13 years experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing setting. The majority of her experience is as a HR generalist. Gayle has a Bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State College and is a member to both local and national SHRM organizations.
Mark Mosakowski, Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Mark Mosakowski
Mark has over 17 years of experience as an Engineer in Electronic Manufacturing and Design, and has been with AccuSpec since 2002. Mark has degrees from Penn State Behrend, where he obtained his Associates degree in Electronics Engineering, and Rochester Institute of Technology, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
