Rapid Prototyping and New Product Development
We provide a highly trained dedicated prototyping team to quickly and accurately evaluate your needs from product concept to product realization. Our turn key approach allows us to design, procure materials, and assemble your prototype in the most efficient manner. Our hands-on team approach provides a personal level of service to ensure that our customers launch products to market in a fast and cost competitive manner. Our WEB capable inspection system allows customer to participate real time during the First Article approval process.

AccuSpec is your one-stop shop for rapid prototyping and short-run manufacturing. All AccuSpec processes are performed in-house to minimize the project turn-around time and to maximize the standard of quality our clients require.
Many EMS companies can build prototype models. Our purchasing team and our ERP system are part of the reason that sets AccuSpec apart from other EMS companies. Our buyers review the cost of the parts on the board and forecast what the board will cost six to 12 months in the future. SMT/Through Hole Technologies
Our state of the art Surface-Mount and Through-Hole technology array of equipment is fast, accurate, and repeatable. Coupled with automated optical inspection, and 3D X-ray capabilities, you can count on high first pass yield. Our highly skilled staff, certified to IPC standards can also provide detailed manual assembly to meet your additional needs.
In House Tape and Reel Capability
We provide a wide range of SMT Component Tape and Reel Services from Low to high volume components with our in house Tape and Reel Equipment. From transferring parts from tubes, bag, or cut tapes, whether they are fine pitch or chips, SMT components can be processed in a quick and timely manner to provide packaging that can be used on any placement machine. All Moisture Sensitive devices are baked and sealed to preserve the component MSL exposure requirements. Custom Taping for odd shaped components is also available.

Box Build / System Integration

Material Management System
Our leading edge ERP system with it’s Advanced Planning System (APS) application ensures consistent and timely material flow. Demand Pull based programs offer flexible coverage for our customers. AccuSpec’s supply chain and material solutions are based on Customer Requirements. Speed, flexibility, and Total Cost are the key elements to provide complete turnkey services. System software allows us the ability to monitor inventory turns, EAU calculations, alternate sources of supply, and supplier performance to name a few. These elements coupled with supply agreements, world class supplier partnerships, and auto-replenishment programs allow us to be a leader in Supply Chain and Materials Management.
Product Testing
We believe that the decision to test begins before an assembly is produced. We have a dedicated staff to assist you in the design for testability and manufacturability. When full- blown ICT test fixtures may be cost and time prohibitive, we offer flying probe testing. Additionally we offer full functional testing using customer provided and/or in-house test fixtures. We have extensive experience in RF Testing and Tuning Systems. Our customers utilize our environmental test chambers and burn-in racks so they can validate and monitor product quality and reliability. Additionally, our environmental chamber can monitor single or cascading temperatures down to -100 degrees C. We measure and report true first pass yield for continuous improvement.
Repair and Upgrade Services
We understand that our service to you must not end after you ship products to your customers. We employ a certified staff equipped to repair and/or upgrade products quickly to minimize potential customer downtime.
Conformal Coating and Potting
For our customers who require secondary processes to meet regulatory agency requirements, our state of the art automated conveyorized coating system applies Silicon and Acrylic layers down to one(1) mil thickness. Additionally, we are fully capable of potting very small to large cavities with very high yield rates. We can process single and two part potting material.
Complex Cable and Harness
A main stay of our company since its inception over a decade ago has been to manufacturer high reliability, complex cables and harnesses. We utilize semi-automated and automated equipment capable of processing up to 3500 units per hour.
Investing in state of the art equipment and tools position us to process technology with the tightest of tolerances.

Engineering Design Services
Accuspec has the resources to handle your design for manufacturing(DFM). Our business relationship with Via-Technology has been in the design of bare printed circuit boards, as well as the development of bills of material for those boards.
