The following are new positions:



Senior Quotations Manager -

Responsible for the entire quotation process from re-engineering the quotation process to driving the day-to-day basis to ensure all quotations are thorough, accurate and timely. Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness. Consults with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Supervisory responsibility. Qualifications required are a BS in Engineering or Business, MBA preferred. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience understanding cost, pricing models. Strong experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing; previous experience in high-mix, low-volume electronics manufacturing a plus. Sound knowledge of MRP/ERP, BOM structures, ECO, and material planning processes.




Quotes Analyst -

Lead, organize and coordinate the activities required to maintain and complete the customer quoting process. Initiates, monitors and finalizes all related functions of the quote process. Achieve the quoting objectives and assure on-time deliveries of quotes. Bachelor’s degree from a business or technical college/university or 3 to 5 years related technical experience, financial exposure, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in high-mix, low-volume electronics manufacturing a plus. Sound knowledge of MRP/ERP, BOM structures, ECN, and material planning processes.




Program Manager -

Responsible for leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. Qualifications required are a BS in Engineering or Business, PMP certification desirable. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing technical, complex programs. Strong Program/Project Management experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or complex program management




Test Design Engineer -

The position interfaces with internal and external customers and suppliers on technical issues; will work to develop new or optimize existing test processes. Successful candidate will be one that demonstrates innovative thinking and vision to resolve technical challenges. Development of functional test systems for medical, industrial, transportation, and communication customers. Minimum 4-yr Engineering Degree and 5 years of experience in functional test development required. Experience writing software to automate test and measurement; qualifying test systems; creating documentation to duplicate systems; provide user guides and PM schedules. Working knowledge of RF theory, experience in ICT (Agilent 3070 and/or Genrad) and Flying Probe development or sustaining is a plus.
