The following are new positions:



Program Manager

Responsible for leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. Qualifications required are a BS in Engineering or Business, PMP certification desirable. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing technical, complex programs. Strong Program/Project Management experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or complex program management




Purchasing Manager

to manage the purchasing function for the company. Develops departmental policy and procedure, accepts and scrutinizes vendor bids or proposals, selects sources based upon analysis, arranges vendor contracts and bargains for best costs, and observes quality of purchased materials. Organizes activities with engineering, production, or warehouse personnel. This position requires 5 years progressive materials management experience and 2 years management experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven negotiation and leadership skills a must.




Quotations Manager

To manage the quotation process ensuring all quotations are thorough, accurate and timely. Utilize expertise in business management and financial disciplines to provide overall leadership to the bids and proposal team, assuring proposals are company compliant, responsive and provide a proper base for successful negotiations and financial performance. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business. Minimum of 5 years’ experience understanding cost and pricing models. Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP, BOM structures and material planning processes. Must have leadership experience.




Quality Engineer

Works concurrently with Process Engineering to establish effective and efficient manufacturing processes, PPAP, FMEA and PCP; leads internal audits; is responsible for coordination of validation studies (IQ/OQ/ PQ); drives all technical activities internally and externally with a focus on electronics, cables and related materials. This position requires an Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent, 3-5 years’ work experience in electronics is preferred, Lean Six Sigma certification, and experience with SPC and design of experiments.




SMT Technicians

Immediate openings individuals who are reliable, mechanical and detail oriented. Responsible for operating the surface mount pick and place machines. This is a very hands-on position, working with the SMT equipment, Electronic contract manufacturing and printed circuit board PCB assemblies. Experience with IPC-610 a plus. Must have good computer skills with a two year Technician degree or equivalent experience.




SMT Rework/Inspector

Inspects and repairs electronic circuit boards to component level. Identifies type of defect, documents each and reports findings to team. Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts and assisting production team in various functions. 3-5 years soldering of electronics required
