SMT Technician - 2nd Shift

Immediate opening for a 2nd Shift SMT Technicians to work in a growing electronics company in Erie; employees selected will train on first shift and must work second shift (1:30-MID M-TH) upon completion of training. Our company supports medical and transportation industries. We are looking for a individuals who have a sense of urgency while ensuring quality product is produced. Must have the ability to multitask while monitoring, operating and maintaining surface mount pick and place equipment. Must have good troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude skills. We need someone who is reliable and detail oriented, and should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have good manual dexterity. Experience in electronics and with IPC-610 a plus. Must have excellent computer skills with a two year technical degree or 2-3 years equivalent experience as well as the ability to work well with others with minimal supervision.
