Conformal Coating Services
For our customers who require conformal coating, AccuSpec offers our state-of-the-art automated coating system, which is capable of applying Silicon and Acrylic layers down to one (1) mil thickness. For additional conformal coating, we also stock Polyurethane if the application requires this type of coating. We have extensive experience with coating tens of thousands of boards, from large to small and Rigid to Flexible circuits.
Conformal coating thickness is monitored using SPC controls and conveyorized black lighting for the inspection of coating coverage. The automation of our conformal coating process greatly reduces the manual taping and de-taping required in order to prevent coating from critical ‘keep out’ areas. Additionally, we are fully capable of potting very small to large cavities with very high yield rates. We can process single and two part potting material.
