AccuSpec Announces Organizational Changes
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
Nancy Lucas is promoted to Customer Service Manager in January 2011. Employed by AccuSpec since 1996, Nancy will be responsible for the day to day operations of the customer service department ensuring that customers are retained and satisfied by managing and mentoring her customer service team.
Patty Schenker joins the AccuSpec Team in January 2011 as Human Resource Manager. Patty has over 15 years of HR experience in manufacturing from Modern Industries in Erie and Northland, a Scott Fetzer Company in Watertown, NY. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and is a Notary Public.
Jill Nordberg is promoted to Customer Service Representative in February 2011. Employed by AccuSpec since 2006, Jill is responsible for developing professional relationships with customers, work order planning with emphasis on complete customer satisfaction and on-time delivery, and a liaison between customers and engineering. Jill has her degree in Communications for Edinboro University of Pennsylvania
Jessica Jacobi joins the AccuSpec Team in October 2010 as an Account Representative. Jessica has over 8 years of customer service and operations management while employed at Circuit City. She has her Bachelor of Science degree from Buffalo State College.
April Bryan joins the AccuSpec Team in February 2011 as a Business Analyst. April has 5 years Office Management experience at All Pro Security and Clarke Container, Inc. and 2 years Cost Accounting for Russell Standard Corporation. She is working on her degree from the University of Southern New Hampshire and is a Notary Public.
