AccuSpec Electronics Prepares for Expansion
McKean, PA/ Summit Township, PA – AccuSpec Electronics, LLC recently purchased a 60,000 square foot facility at 8140 Hawthorne Drive in Summit Township. The new site is approximately six miles from their current 28,000 square foot McKean location.
AccuSpec’s relocation is scheduled for February 2009. Once refitting is complete, the building will have state-of-the-art environmental controls to create an optimum manufacturing atmosphere. The additional space will allow AccuSpec to improve product flow, decreasing production times.
The move will give AccuSpec the space to invest in not only new equipment to increase their quality and efficiency, but also additional human resources to add jobs to the local economy.
AccuSpec Electronics, LLC builds high-quality electronic assemblies for multiple market segments, including medical and transportation. They are presently certified to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003.
