At Accuspec Electronics, LLC our program management teams are focused on managing customer projects/programs. As the primary interface to you the customer the program manager will coordinate your forecast requirements resulting in greater responsiveness to various demand changes.
Our customer service individuals are also focused on managing your project/program from inception to conception with a group of talented people to support them. Your Customer Service contact will coordinate all aspects of your requirements by communicating to you in a timely manner regarding any critical items that may be "show stoppers" on your project.

AccuSpec re-engineered our ‘back office’ systems to allow fast streamlined communication to the customer. Information on order status and inventory levels can be determined within minutes. Our customers often require immediate response to their questions. We designed our systems to provide this information and to give our program managers the tools to keep their customer informed. We believe communication is the key to a healthy relationship and utilize a quarterly scorecard which asks the customer ‘how are we doing’? The scorecard also provides the mechanism to gain updates on any upcoming ECN’s, upswings in demand, etc. Most communication with our program managers happens daily however we also coordinate weekly or monthly conference calls on new products.
